Some of our students have been going to other parts of the TAFE to see what the courses are like.
Here are several Migrant Youth students at work in bricklaying. Could you do it? Would you like to try?

MEVI -Re enrolling in your course for 2010
Dear all,
Soon you will be receiving a letter in the mail about re enrolling for 2010. If you are re enrolling in the same level you will do this through a process called MEVI. This is what your letter in the mail will be about and you will do this in 2009.
If you are going into a different level or course in 2010 you will enrol next year. Your teacher will be discussing with you what level and course you will be returning to next year. Some of you will finish your studies with us at the end of this year and we hope you go on to do other things.
If you are finishing level 3 this year we may be able to offer you another course -course number 2244 Statement of Attainment in Language, Literacy and Numeracy if you have clear goals about the reading and writing you still need to work on.
We have been told by our faculty director that the student contribution will increase in 2010 from $25 a semester to $30 a semester. You can pay this when you accept your MEVI offer or next year when you enrol.
If you have any concerns at all please talk to your teacher or talk to the head teachers -Jane or I.
Enjoy your studies for the next 6 weeks.
