
Nancy’s Jam Biscuits
Ingredients
4 cups SR flour
1 cup caster sugar
1 block 250g Allowrie Unsalted butter
2 eggs
Jar apricot jam
Utensils
Bowl, measuring cup (250 ml)
Method
1 Put Flour in bowl
2 Add melted butter
3 Add sugar and eggs
4 Mix it together with hands
5 Lay dough on bench and roll out to about 1 cm thick
6 Cut out circles using a glass /cup to the size you want
7 Place on tray leaving a space between biscuits
8 Now press in the middle of each
9 Put a little jam on each.
10 Place in a preheated oven on 250˚C for about 10 minutes
