Mr Bean In The Park

One day Mr Bean went to the park.
He took his camera because he wanted to take some photos. First he took a picture of himself but it was no good. He asked a man to take a photo of him. The man took one photo.

Then he asked Mr Bean to move back and to turn around and face the sculptures. While Mr Bean wasn’t looking , the man ran away with the camera.

Then Mr Bean searched the park and found the man. He took a rubbish bin and put it over him so the man couldn't move.He jabbed him with his pen until he yelled. He found the police but the man ran away.

Later that day Mr Bean went to the police station for
a line up. He walked along the line looking closely at the faces but he did not recognise the robber.

In the end, he had a good idea. He asked the police man to put rubbish bins on all the people in the line. This time when he walked along he jabbed each one and listened. When he reached number five he knew he had found him.

2 weeks till holidays!

Holidays begin on Saturday, 27 September for two weeks.
What are you going to do in the holidays?

Spring is a beautiful time in Sydney with lots of outdoor festivals. Granville Youth and Community Recreation Centre has a holiday program which we will all get. Remember to ask about what activities they have during the holidays when we go there next Thursday. They often have holiday excursions.

Term 4 begins on Monday 13 October and is only 8 weeks long! Our last day of our course is Thursday 4 December.

Going To Cockatoo Island

In August, our class went to Cockatoo Island to see the special art work there.
We caught a train to Circular Quay and then a ferry to Cockatoo Island. Vanessa and Phong came with us and we all walked around the island. It was good to see new places in Sydney.

A Visit To Bricklaying

This term, our Migrant Youth Group has been visiting different areas of our TAFE.
Two weeks ago, we went down to Bricklaying to have a look at what they do.
The teachers showed us how to build a brick wall. It was messy but a lot of fun.
